![]() San Francisco, CA The Summer Of Love 40th Anniversary Concert will take place on Sunday, September 2, 2007, in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park between 10AM and 6PM. The concert will be a free event celebrating both the music inspired by the 1967 Summer Of Love and the consciousness raising efforts of the time. The organization securing the permit, the non-profit Council of Light, includes members of the original Family Dog, original Grateful Dead management, FM Radio programmers, and many of the era's poster artists. |

Summerfest 2007
Summerfest - "The Big Gig" - is the ultimate festival experience that ignites on more than 75 acres along the shores of Lake Michigan in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This annual 11-day music blowout features 13 stages offering live music all day and night in front of over 1 million fans. 18th Annual City Stages Festival
The 18th Annual City Stages will be held June 16-18, 2006 in downtown Birmingham. With 125 artists playing on eight stages, City Stages boasts a broad range of musical performances including rock, alternative, hip-hop, country, R&B, gospel, classical and singer-songwriter. The festival also features a Children's Festival, arts & crafts and terrific southern food. Last year’s festival attendance was 100,000! Performers featured at last year's event included Ludacris, Loretta Lynn, The Killers, Ryan Adams & the Cardinals, Gerald Levert, Def Leppard, Alejandro Escovedo, Mary Chapin Carpenter and The Black Crowes. Festival sponsors include Coca-Cola, Miller Lite, Alabama Power, AmSouth Bank and Books-A-Million. NEMO is three days of music, featuring almost 300 artist showcases, two full days of panels, workshops, clinics and a music industry trade show.
